The Greensboro New School has been built by teachers and parents committed to a new vision for a preschool.
Our school year runs from late August to early June for children 3 to 5 years old. We are a multi-aged program and work with all students at their own unique level.
The school day is from 8:30 to 12:30 five days a week. Parents can choose a schedule of 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
We are pleased to offer special enrichment instruction with Hindi language integrated into our daily program and music classes weekly.
Notice of Nondiscriminatory Policy
The Greensboro New School admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. We welcome families in all their diverse forms without regard to disability, economic status, linguistic background, race, culture, religion or sexual orientation.
The Greensboro New School is currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While we hoped the situation would improve by January 2021, that is not the case. We will remain closed for the entire 2020-2021 school year. We are exploring options for the summer programming, and making plans for an exciting 2021-2022 school year! Our staff is looking forward to the time when we can safely welcome the
Greensboro New School community back in to the school building.
While we are closed, we are still taking inquiries from prospective families. If you are interested in being added to our email list or would like more information, please drop us a note or give us a call and we will make sure that you stay up-to-date with our reopening plans and enrollment schedule.
